2025 Season

As the final chapter of our league's archive, 2025 served as the ultimate test of established personas. Spencer, in a bid to prove that 2024 wasn't a fluke, won back-to-back championships with 'Big Penix Energy.' This feat was made even more impressive by the fact that he did it with a league-bottom 'D-' draft grade. Spencer has officially broken the game; he is now the manager who is statistically 'wrong' every August and holding the trophy every December. Alex and his 'There Goes The NabersHood' were the clear statistical kings at 2235 PF, but in a familiar story, the points lead only got him a runner-up medal.

Alec’s 'Paraskeet café' and Nathanielq’s 'Iron Wall' provided a high-level of competition at 3rd and 4th, while Lynna’s 'A Tale of Two Chases' remained the league's activity engine with 41 moves to finish 5th. 2025 was the year of the rookie receiver uprising, with Malik Nabers and Marvin Harrison Jr. redefining the top of the draft boards. Kali’s 'Audible Kali' suffered the most brutal fate of the season: an A+ draft grade translating into a 7th place finish, a result that surely has her questioning every pick she made.

The championship game was a blowout in favor of Spencer, who once again benefited from a 'perfect storm' of waiver-wire gems and playoff explosions. 2025 marks the end of this archive, a decade-plus journey where we've seen dynasties rise and fall, move records shattered, and Spencer consistently proving that he doesn't need an 'A' grade to win a ring.
